Western Reserve Motorcycle Club is a non-profit corporation founded April 24, 1957 just outside of Salem, Ohio. The club grounds consist of close to 100 acres of land which includes a one quarter mile dirt flat track with bleacher seating and lights, a challenging outdoor motocross track, separate pee wee motocross track for 50's and trail bikes, and various harescramble wood courses which are changed throughout the year.
The WRMC consists of fifty active members, in addition to life members of twenty years or more. To become a member of the club you must fill out an application and have three current members "co-sign" or "sponsor" you. When an open membership spot is available you will start as a probationary member for ninety days. After your probationary period is up a vote among members will occur and votes cast will be based upon your participation as a probationary member. You must be at least 21 years of age and own a motorcycle to become a member.
In addition to our tracks and seating a concession building will be open during all of our events serving pizza, hot dogs, chili, candy, coffee, soft drinks, beer and more.
The sign-up and trophy counter is located in concession building. Electronic scoring through the use of radio frequency (RFID) tags is used for most races as well as manual scoring for accuracy.
Our main clubhouse, open to members only, consists of a secondary kitchen, meeting room, bar and all-purpose room with an outdoor picnic pavilion
